At Oono Co., Ltd., we offer contract services for mold repair using laser welding machines. Laser welding is a process that instantly melts metal with laser light, resulting in minimal deformation and distortion due to heat. Unlike conventional argon welding, it produces less shrinkage and allows for various types of welding. Additionally, we use welding rods ranging from φ0.1 to φ0.6, making it suitable for precision welding and precision build-up welding. Our company owns a total of four laser welding machines: one 120W machine, one 150W machine, and two 200W machines. By utilizing these machines in a smooth workflow, we achieve high quality, short delivery times, and low costs.
