Mold technology is a treasure of Japan. Setouchi Craft takes pride and confidence in its welding technology, which plays a part in it.
We are always striving for the best possible results. Depending on the hardness of the base material, the required amount of welding, and the welding location, we select the optimal welding material and finely adjust the output of the laser light. By making detailed adjustments while progressing with the welding, we eliminate defects after delivery, drawing from our experience in mold maintenance to ensure that the welding is easy for the subsequent processes.
