The silicone rubber heater (hook spring type) is a heater that fits perfectly to heated objects such as curved surfaces and cylinders. <Features> - With a standard thickness of 1.5mm, it is a thin sheet that offers excellent thermal responsiveness. - If there is a flat shape, we can design it to match any shape of the heated object, including circular and hole-punched designs. (No mold costs are required for patterning resistance. Etching types will require plate costs.) - Thanks to a special manufacturing method, we can produce orders starting from one piece in a short period. - It can be used at a continuous temperature of 200°C with a long lifespan. - The HT type has heat resistance up to 260°C with a new silicone material.
