The "HSSR-1500 Rainbow / OKL-HSSR1300" is a spectral radiometer designed for pulse solar simulators that respond to 1 msec pulse light. Continuous light measurement is also acceptable. It can accommodate other wavelength ranges as well. The "OKL-CPM・PDS-500" is a compact integrated measurement device that allows for the measurement of both CPM and PDS with a single unit. Using a transmission light measurement method and adopting a technique to eliminate the effects of film interference, it enables accurate calculation of defect density.
