At Yamamoto Seiko Co., Ltd.'s Quality Control Department, inspections are conducted at each stage of the process, ensuring thorough quality management. We possess a wide range of measuring equipment. For frequently used items, we purchase multiple units and also lend them to partner companies. • Processing Contract

There was a job to deliver several dozen parts (such as plates and jigs for lathe and machining processed items) combined with commercially available bolts. Previously, processed items were sourced from several companies, and the assembly process was done by the customer. However, due to the nature of the product fixtures, there was a demand for short delivery times and strict precision in processing. Therefore, the customer requested us, as we also handle processing in-house and have a very rich network. Collecting a large number of parts with short delivery times, high quality, and low prices is our specialty. We ensure that all drawings for outsourced parts are thoroughly checked before arranging them, so we can guarantee the precision needed for smooth assembly. The assembly was completed in no time, and the customer was very satisfied, leading to various other parts processing requests since then. • Processing Contract

There is a product with an outer diameter of φ20 and complex machining on the inner diameter, and we were exploring methods to shorten the time required for processing, aside from using veteran machinists. As a result, by using various tools and power tools, we were able to reduce the time taken for the burr removal process, which previously took one week, to about half that time, leading to shorter delivery times for our customers. In our company, we aim for time-saving processing by employing various methods for the time-consuming burr removal that occurs after cutting processes.
