We would like to introduce the 【REARTHⓇ Auxiliary Equipment 'Automatic Solvent Regeneration Device'】 handled by Nisshinkasei, which utilizes a low-temperature distillation method under normal pressure. This product involves placing the waste solvent to be regenerated into a tank within the device, heating the tank using a heater embedded at the bottom until it reaches the set temperature, vaporizing the solvent to be extracted, and then cooling it through a condenser to return it to a liquid state. By investigating the boiling point of the solvent to be regenerated, it can be heated to the vaporization state, allowing only the desired solvent to be extracted. 【Flow of Solvent Regeneration】 1. Overheat and vaporize the waste solvent in the distillation tank. 2. The vaporized gas enters the condenser. 3. The gas is cooled and liquefied by a cooling fan. 4.
