Additionally, the boards after manual insertion undergo quality inspection using image inspection machines and in-circuit testers. We also conduct prototype and mass production assembly, flexibly meeting customer needs with a high-quality and efficient production system based on the concept of "one-piece production." 【Features of Machine Assembly】 - Surface mount components can be handled by high-speed assembly machines for both single-sided and double-sided reflow. - Capable of assembling components up to 38.1mm in height, including 0603 chips, 0.4mm pitch QFP, and BGA. - Board sizes can accommodate up to M size (330mm x 250mm). - Uses lead-free solder for P/b. - After assembly, checks for missing components and solder conditions are performed using a 3D image inspection machine. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
