**Features (Board Mounting)** ■ Machine Mounting - Surface mount components can be handled by high-speed mounting machines for both single-sided and double-sided reflow. - Supports mounting of components up to 38.1mm in height, including 0603 chips, 0.4mm pitch QFPs, and BGAs. - Board size supports up to M size (330mm x 250mm). - Compatible with Pb-free solder. - After mounting, checks for missing components and solder conditions are performed using a 3D image inspection machine. ■ Insertion Mounting - Discrete components are handled from manual insertion to wave soldering. - For double-sided reflow boards, manual soldering or DIP/point DIP using a dip pallet is supported. - Boards after manual insertion undergo quality inspection using image inspection machines and in-circuit testers. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
