Our company has focused on the automation and mass production of painting using ED coating (electrodeposition coating) based on electrochemical corrosion prevention theory, and since our establishment in 1967, we have actively engaged in research and practical application. In 1973, we built a new factory at our current location, establishing a full-scale mass production painting system. We have been able to fully demonstrate the characteristics of electrodeposition coating, such as the perfection of metal surface treatment (degreasing and chemical conversion coating processes) and the uniformity of the paint film, while also striving to expand orders for various painted products and improve quality on a daily basis.
