We are also engaged in products and services other than our main product, clad steel plates, in the field of steel products. For example, our commissioned rolling services utilizing large rolling mills can handle material rolling of over 600mm in thickness, regardless of the material type. As for finished products, we can handle weights exceeding 15 tons, widths over 4 meters, and lengths over 12 meters, while carefully considering the balance of thickness, width, and length. We also possess batch-type large heating and heat treatment furnaces for commissioned heat treatment, along with rapid cooling water tanks, allowing us to handle a wide range of dimensions. The base material for rolled clad steel plates is not only carbon steel. Our company is also capable of producing clad steel plates with special combinations such as stainless steel + high alloy. For example, there are combinations like SUS304 + NCF625 and SUS310S + NW2201, which involve stainless steel and nickel-based alloys. Clad steel plates with such combinations are often used in equipment that requires both heat resistance and corrosion resistance, such as kilns for powder sintering and dryers for drying. **Advantages of Clad Steel Plates with Stainless Steel + High Alloy Steel** - **Economy**: By reducing the amount of relatively expensive high alloy steel and using stainless steel as the base material, we can lower material costs compared to steel plates made solely of high alloy steel. - **Improved Steel Plate Strength**: If there are concerns about the strength of high alloy steel, using materials like stainless steel for the base can enhance material strength. - **Wide Width Capability**: It can be difficult to obtain wide steel plates made solely of high alloy steel. In our case, we can produce wide steel plates due to the rolling process, with our product widths generally accommodating up to 3.5 meters. Using wide steel plates can reduce the number of weld seams in equipment.

In addition to our main product, clad steel plates, we have officially started the manufacturing and sales of carbon steel and low-alloy steel thick plates from autumn 2023. While stocking extremely thick metal slabs (with plate thicknesses primarily between 250-450mm, and a maximum of 500-600mm), we utilize our four-high reversible wide plate rolling mill to re-roll these slabs, ensuring that we meet customer requirements for plate thickness, width, length, mechanical properties, internal quality, and more, providing consistent quality control and assurance. Additionally, we are advancing research and development of ultra-thick high-strength steel plates exceeding 200mm in thickness, aiming for market launch in the latter half of fiscal year 2024.
