We would like to introduce a case study on the network implementation at Kitasato University Hospital. The challenge was how to design the placement of access points (APs) before the building was completed. Normally, a wireless site survey would be conducted using specialized tools to assess the radio wave propagation and interference within the building, and based on the results, the number and location of APs would be determined.
