We respond to various needs, from the production of a single sheet metal part to a complete set of products.
Since our establishment in 1959, we have been engaged in the design and manufacturing of "Tsubaki roller conveyors" as an invested company of Tsubakimoto Chain Co. for over half a century. Utilizing the knowledge and manufacturing technology we have cultivated, we carry out custom production of various industrial equipment tailored to our customers' needs. In addition to the complete machinery and equipment produced since our founding, our technological capabilities, facilities, and production capacity are also applied to the manufacturing of sheet metal components.

【Main Products】 - Can welding products (SS, SUS) - Sheet metal parts (including bending, drilling, welding, and painting of SS and SUS) 【Processing Details and Expertise】 Our facility, located in Osaka City and covering approximately 800 tsubo, features a consistent production system from design to manufacturing and shipping to customers. (Design & Development ⇒ Sheet Metal Processing ⇒ Can & Welding Processing ⇒ Assembly & Machining ⇒ Painting ⇒ Shipping) - Our laser processing machine can handle SS materials with a thickness of 22mm and SUS materials with a thickness of 12mm, up to standard sizes (1524mm × 3048mm), and can also accommodate post-processing such as press processing up to 2m, as well as welding and painting. - Inside our factory, equipped with ceiling cranes (3 units of 2.8t and 2 units of 5.0t), we perform can and welding processing using semi-automatic, arc, and TIG welding machines. Together with numerous partner companies, we respond to various customer needs.
