A custom parts machining shop using machining and wire electrical discharge machining.
Founded 50 years ago, located in Kizugawa, Kyoto for 40 years, specializing in parts processing for single dishes. While we don't have large machines, we are a company that handles sizes up to 1000mm, which is just right. Metal machining of vices, chucks, plates, and wires using machining. 2D semi-finished products utilizing cam curves and 3D, 2.5D CAM with Matsuura Machinery's CAM "Gibbs." Additional axis processing on high-column MC (4-axis processing: rotary table). Angular head processing. Base plates: freely process irregular plates (horizontal tapping possible). MC processing from NC lathes. Heat treatment, polishing, plating, assembly. Processing of metals, resins, and acrylics.
