Our company specializes in the processing of confidential parts using NC lathes and general-purpose machinery. We primarily manufacture metal cutting parts from round bars with diameters ranging from Φ4 to Φ32 (up to 300mm in length). While we excel in machining difficult materials such as titanium and stainless steel, we are also capable of processing iron-based, copper-based, and resin-based materials. Additionally, the dimensional tolerance depends on the product, but we can achieve approximately ±0.005, and we focus on providing a good surface finish through our burr removal techniques.
