Since our establishment in 1958, we have developed as a parts manufacturer primarily engaged in pressing, sheet metal, welding, and assembly of home appliance parts and automotive parts for over 60 years. In the pressing division, we have achieved mass production and low costs through automated transport robots and progressive die methods. In the sheet metal division, we handle not only small quantities of precision sheet metal but also support everything from prototyping to mass production. In the welding division, we respond to customer requests not just by processing parts, but by assembling them into units to a certain extent.

■Press Processing - Press processing that pursues cost advantages through an 8-robot press line directly connected to a coil leveler feeder, or a 6-robot press line and progressive presses. - Press processing of appearance-critical components using color steel plates and stainless steel plates. ■Welding Processing - Achieving cost reduction by not only performing single-piece arc welding but also consolidating into units such as automotive mufflers. ■Sheet Metal Processing - Supporting production of small quantities and prototypes to mass production using turret punches and other equipment. ■Mold Processing - Supporting the design and manufacturing of single and progressive precision molds.
