We would like to introduce our high-durability resin pump, the 'STÜBBE X-CLASS'. We offer two types: the "NX type," which allows for inspection and parts replacement of the wetted components without removing the suction and discharge piping or motor, and the "BX type," which is a motor-integrated version. The material, particularly UHMW-PE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), is specialized for corrosion resistance and wear resistance, making it ideal for slurry and chemical slurry applications. Mainly used in the metal refining, fertilizer industry, acid pickling, exhaust gas treatment, industrial wastewater, chlorine production, seawater desalination, and chemical industry sectors. Due to its centrifugal plastic pump design, it has resistance to acids, and when made of PE-UHMW material, it exhibits excellent wear resistance, providing outstanding durability against slurries. It can handle slurry concentrations of up to 60%. Applications include metal recovery, phosphate production, surface treatment of steel/non-ferrous metals, exhaust gas scrubbers, industrial wastewater treatment containing solids, alkali chloride plants, seawater desalination, and processes involving organic acids/inorganic acids/mixed acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sodium hypochlorite, caustic soda, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hexafluorosilicic acid, ferric chloride).

This product is a highly durable resin pump that significantly reduces assembly time during maintenance and repair due to its special design principles. There is no need to remove the piping connections or motor to detach the bearing unit (including the impeller and mechanical seal). Assembly is easy.
