"Lubrite (Phosphating)" is a rust prevention treatment technology that involves immersing the surface in a treatment solution primarily composed of phosphate ions and manganese ions, heated to 95-99°C, to form a phosphate coating on the iron surface. The color tone is dark gray, resulting in a slightly grayish finish compared to black oxide. On the other hand, when cast iron is blackened, it results in a reddish-brown finish due to the material's characteristics, but with "Lubrite (Phosphating)," a similar color tone to other iron-based materials can be achieved. 【Features】 - The film thickness is thicker at 5-15μ compared to black oxide, and since the surface of the coating consists of crystalline structures with tiny bumps, it absorbs and retains rust prevention oil well, exhibiting higher rust prevention power than black oxide. - It helps lubricate rotating and sliding parts, suppressing phenomena such as seizing and galling (at the same time, avoiding "metal to metal contact" leads to better initial fitting between parts). - It is also an excellent base for painting, significantly improving the adhesion of paint due to the Lubrite coating, among other benefits. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
