For plain weave and twill weave wire mesh, we can customize by changing the material and wire diameter of the vertical and horizontal lines, as well as producing wire mesh with different vertical and horizontal mesh sizes. In crimped wire mesh, the wire is crimped (pleated) by passing it through a set of gears before being woven into the specified mesh size. We can perform laser processing on special shapes and dimensions of wire mesh, as well as stainless steel up to 14mm thick and iron up to 20mm thick. Here is an example of a conical hopper plate that has been processed with a spiral laser engraving. Data was created in a spiral pattern using a laser processing machine and cut at 1mm intervals. After that, it was welded at one joint using a three-roll machine for production. In large gear processing, the usual gear cutting method results in long processing times and high costs, leading to a request for cost reduction. Therefore, we cut multiple gear shapes from a 14mm thick stainless steel plate using laser processing, and then stacked and welded those plates together. During welding, we used positioning pins to ensure that the gears were aligned accurately without any displacement, and we also welded with the key inserted into the keyway. The customer requested a coating with thickness and elasticity that would not damage the workpieces, as there are various heights and pitches for the test tubes. To respond to each pitch, we used crimped wire mesh and welded wire mesh. We cut the stainless steel plate for the wire mesh frame using laser processing and aligned the wire mesh for welding. For height adjustment, we used stainless steel round bars. By machining steel materials, we set roll pins with taps according to dimensional tolerances. We achieved precision on the top and bottom surfaces through machining to address height, distortion, and play, and we performed general inspections while sliding on the upper part with square materials. To prevent scratches on the customer's cleaning work, we passed a Teflon tube through and spot-welded stainless steel round bars at equal intervals. We cut the sides using stainless steel laser processing and performed bending processing with a brake press.
