Free membership registration"PXB-cells LA" are human fatty liver cells optimized for lipid analysis, derived from fresh human liver cells (PXB-cells) collected through collagenase perfusion from human liver chimeric mice (PXB mice) using a special culture method. It has been confirmed that they can maintain the same lipid metabolic functions as fresh human liver cells at a high level for up to 10 days after delivery.
