Nice to meet you, we are Ikegami Mold Industry Co., Ltd., a reverse engineering service provider. Our company has been dedicated to the manufacturing of injection molding molds and parts for 90 years, based in Saitama and Nagoya. Recently, we have received inquiries from customers such as: "Our production equipment suddenly broke down! The manufacturer's response will take a month for delivery!" "Is there any way to purchase just the consumable parts?" "I want to replace a part, but production has already ended, and I don't have the drawings!" Indeed, genuine parts come with a manufacturer's warranty, so they are reassuring. However, this often results in higher costs and longer delivery times. Additionally, there are many customers who, despite not needing to insist on genuine manufacturer parts for certain components of their production equipment, leave all parts replacements to the manufacturer. So, what if those parts could be reproduced from the actual items, even without drawings? With that in mind, we thought that by creating drawings from worn parts and manufacturing spare parts at reasonable prices and short delivery times, we could contribute to your cost reduction.
