We are pleased to announce that we have been entrusted by the Tottori Prefectural Board of Education with the "GIGA School Operation Support Center Operations in Tottori Prefecture." This marks our fourth consecutive year of receiving this contract since the fiscal year 2023, and the contract period will be three years starting this year. In order to contribute to the local community, we will leverage the repair know-how we have cultivated over many years at our Tottori office and our staff who are well-versed in the educational field to further enhance the educational environment that nurtures the next generation of children, supporting the enrichment of education utilizing ICT devices. 【Period】 April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2029 【Scope of Work】 - Responding to inquiries regarding GIGA School operations from Tottori Prefectural Schools and municipal education board offices - Managing and updating the GIGA School Operation Support Center website (including the creation and updating of Q&A collections and manuals for teachers) - Supporting the operation of Google Admin Console for prefectural schools and MDM management for prefectural special support schools - Providing information through Google Classroom and other platforms - Checking for inappropriate sharing settings of data within Google Drive - Other tasks

We are pleased to announce that the Windows tablet "TW2A-NF9LTA," equipped with an NFC reader/writer and set to be released in March 2026, has obtained the M class certification for FeliCa reader/writer RF performance. Additionally, we will be showcasing the actual device and conducting demonstrations at our booth during the "42nd Comprehensive Exhibition of Distribution Information Systems RetailTech JAPAN 2026," which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from March 3 (Tuesday) to March 6 (Friday). By incorporating an NFC solution on the highly reliable Windows OS for business applications in the BtoB market, we can enhance convenience through functions such as identity verification using My Number cards, access control and attendance management, and cashless payment terminals in restaurants. Our company aims to maximize the potential of NFC solutions by developing and selling Windows OS models in addition to Android OS models, and we will propose improvements in operational efficiency and the creation of new business opportunities utilizing NFC solutions, particularly for industries facing labor shortages and difficulties in securing talent, which have become social issues in recent years.

ODS Corporation, a manufacturer of information terminals for business use (headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo; President: Kiyoshi Sunanaga), will exhibit at the 42nd Retail Tech Japan 2026, the largest domestic exhibition for information systems for the distribution and retail industry, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from March 3 (Tuesday) to March 6 (Friday), 2026. We will primarily showcase the Android tablet "TA2C-NF8," equipped with an NFC reader/writer, which can be utilized in various business scenarios such as a table order system terminal that completes the ordering to payment process at restaurants, as well as a system terminal for identity verification at various counters and storefronts. Additionally, we will present our new product, the Windows tablet "TW2A-NF9LTA," also equipped with an NFC reader/writer, scheduled for release in March. Our proposals will focus on improving operational efficiency and creating new business opportunities utilizing NFC solutions, particularly aimed at industries facing labor shortages and difficulties in securing personnel, which have become social issues in recent years.
