Free membership registrationThe Particle Plus large particle-compatible particle counter detects particles ranging from 0.5 µm to over 30.0 µm. The particle counter measures airborne particles "easily," "in real-time," "by anyone," and "on-site." However, only particles with small diameters can be considered airborne, as they are affected by Brownian motion from air molecules and experience air resistance, allowing them to remain suspended for long periods. In contrast, larger particles do not continue to float and settle (fall) quickly, and they have a low occurrence frequency that does not align with the particle size distribution pattern of atmospheric dust. It is understandable that there are concerns about the phenomenon of contamination by large particles in clean rooms, as well as the issue of having small particles being acceptable while large particles are not. For a particle counter, particles that are difficult to suspend and those that fall outside the premise of isokinetic sampling are very challenging to measure. As particles increase in size, the factors contributing to gravitational settling significantly increase compared to suspension. The particle counter cannot draw in falling particles by bending their trajectory. Opening the sampling inlet and waiting for falling particles to enter is purely a matter of chance. It is essential to measure this accurately. We are always available to assist, not just for demonstrations of the measuring instrument.

Free membership registrationThe model has been changed: 7301-LF to 7300, and 7501 to 7500. The 7300/75000 is a particle counter that can be set up on-site on a table or camera stand, allowing for standalone operation of the main unit, remote operation from a computer, and multi-point monitoring. It is a cleanroom-compatible particle counter that also supports ultra-high concentration particle measurement. It simultaneously measures temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure, and can convert from particle number concentration to mass concentration. The real-time meter can graph the trend of detected particle counts every second directly on the main unit's display. The pump is a newly developed dedicated pump that achieves long life and quiet operation. Additionally, due to its high concentration capability, the sensor may become dirty. For such cases, having a calibrated spare sensor ready allows for sensor replacement on-site, and the dirty sensor can be cleaned by our company. ■ Ultra-high concentration capability = maximum measurable concentration of 2,500 particles/cc (70,800,000/CF) ■ Flow rate 1.2 L/min. ■ Calibrated spare sensor system ■ 10-hour battery operation and long-life pump *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationUntil now, particle counters were thought to only be capable of suction sampling under atmospheric pressure due to the structure of the sensors, and were unable to measure particles in compressed air or gas. On the other hand, with the institutionalization of HACCP and the transition to ISO 22000 (June 2021), it has become necessary to manage dust, bacteria, water, and oil for gases that come into direct or indirect contact with food. Additionally, there is a significant demand for cleanliness monitoring in pneumatic systems such as ProAir. The Particle Plus 'Model 5301C・5501C' has achieved direct measurement of particles in pressurized air through its unique self-compensating free jet sensor. 【Features】 ■ Self-compensating free jet sensor adopted ■ Six selectable particle size settings ■ Data collection in 1-second intervals (45,000 logs) ■ Real-time meter ■ Multi-point monitoring software AMOSYS *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis document introduces the structure, principles, and calibration of particle counters as an introductory guide. A "particle counter for airborne particles" is a device used to measure the number of suspended particles, particle size, and particle size distribution in clean rooms, indoors, and outdoors. It quantitatively aspirates sample air, introduces it into the laser irradiation area, and detects the scattered light from each irradiated particle. From the intensity of the light scattering response, the particle size is determined, and the number of particles in the sample air per unit time and unit volume, as well as the particle size distribution, is displayed. We have included "conceptual diagrams of particle sensor structures" and "dispersal performance of particle sensors," so please take a look at them by downloading the PDF. Free membership registrationOur counter has a counting error (count loss) of 15,000,000 CFM (cubic feet per minute = 28.3L) within 10%. This allows for high concentration measurements, meaning it can distinguish between high and low count values. However, counting means that high concentrations of foreign substances and mist will enter the flow path (optical sensor, tube, pump). Therefore, we will guide you on how to measure without damaging the particle counter. 【Measurement Method】 ■ Set up sampling 1. Set sample time to 6 seconds 2. Set hold time to 5 seconds 3. Set cycles to 10 4. Before measurement, attach the purge filter and confirm zero count 5. After starting the measurement, once the third count of the target measurement cycles is completed, attach the purge filter to the inlet 6. If the final screen at the end of the measurement does not approach zero count, restart the measurement as is until the count value approaches zero *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Model 5000/7000 Series" is a remote-type particle counter that can be installed on walls or columns, used on a tabletop, operated directly from the unit, or remotely controlled from a computer. The AM with OSYS-2K software builds a multi-point monitoring system via Ethernet. Since it uses Ethernet, setup is easy, and it can flexibly accommodate layout changes. The measurement values are displayed as the total count of particles above the set particle size or as values between particle sizes. Additionally, in real-time meter mode, the particle counter graphically displays the transition of counts every second directly on the screen. 【Features】 ■ Real-time meter ■ High concentration support: 30,000,000/CF, 1,060/CC (5301, 7301 series) ■ Ultra-high concentration support: 70,800,000/CC, 2,500/CC (5300, 7300 series) ■ IMS: Direct PC control ■ AMOSYS-2K: Builds a multi-point monitoring system via Ethernet. ■ Open collector for alarm output (drives a patrol light) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Model 8000 Series" is a completely new handheld particle counter that features a sensor structure not found in other companies, paving the way for a new generation. It's okay! There are no issues outside of clean rooms! The applications are vast, ranging from clean rooms, near work areas, indoor environments, operating rooms, intersections, occupational safety and health, to oil mist, with the capability to detect large particles up to 30m. Let's focus on the three "C's": Critical Timing = When? Critical Point = Where? Critical Size = What is the target particle diameter? Real-time measurement (1-second intervals, real-time graphs), 10-hour battery operation, 45,000 memory capacity, variable particle diameter (0.01um steps), and high concentration compatibility. 【Features】Real-time graph ■ High concentration compatibility: Maximum measurable concentration of 50,000 counts/second (1,060 particles/cc) → 30,000,000/CF 8300 is 2,500 particles/cc ➡ approximately 78,000,000/CF ■ Temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, mass concentration conversion (PM) ■ IMS: Controlled from a computer, data collection, graphic rendering ■ Printer linkage *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
