Our counter has a counting error (count loss) of 15,000,000 CFM (cubic feet per minute = 28.3L) within 10%. This allows for high concentration measurements, meaning it can distinguish between high and low count values. However, counting means that high concentrations of foreign substances and mist will enter the flow path (optical sensor, tube, pump). Therefore, we will guide you on how to measure without damaging the particle counter. 【Measurement Method】 ■ Set up sampling 1. Set sample time to 6 seconds 2. Set hold time to 5 seconds 3. Set cycles to 10 4. Before measurement, attach the purge filter and confirm zero count 5. The "Model 5000/7000 Series" is a remote-type particle counter that can be installed on walls or columns, used on a tabletop, operated directly from the unit, or remotely controlled from a computer. The AM with OSYS-2K software builds a multi-point monitoring system via Ethernet. Since it uses Ethernet, setup is easy, and it can flexibly accommodate layout changes. The measurement values are displayed as the total count of particles above the set particle size or as values between particle sizes. The model has been changed: 7301-LF to 7300, and 7501 to 7500. The 7300/75000 is a particle counter that can be set up on-site on a table or camera stand, allowing for standalone operation of the main unit, remote operation from a computer, and multi-point monitoring. It is a cleanroom-compatible particle counter that also supports ultra-high concentration particle measurement. The "5000-LF Series (Old Model)" is a particle counter designed for ultra-high concentration applications. *Model numbers have been changed: 5301-LF → 5300, 5501LF → 5500 (non-pump type); 5301P-LF → 5300P, 5501P-LF → 5500P (pump type). It can be installed on walls or columns, used on a tabletop, operated directly from the unit, or remotely monitored and controlled from a computer. The particle size classification is 6 channels, user-configurable. Regardless of what anyone says, it supports ultra-high concentrations (2,500 particles/cc). It is possible to prepare up to 3 calibrated spare sensors. The "AQM Series" utilizes a high-concentration light scattering particle sensor to simultaneously measure and display/output particle count, PM equivalent values, TVOC, CO2, temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. Leveraging its concentration response characteristic of 70,800,000 particles/CF, it expands air quality measurement into areas such as clean rooms, indoor environments, atmospheric environments, work environments, and exposure monitoring. The Particle Plus large particle-compatible particle counter detects particles ranging from 0.5 µm to over 30.0 µm. The particle counter measures airborne particles "easily," "in real-time," "by anyone," and "on-site." However, only particles with small diameters can be considered airborne, as they are affected by Brownian motion from air molecules and experience air resistance, allowing them to remain suspended for long periods. In contrast, larger particles do not continue to float and settle (fall) quickly, and they have a low occurrence frequency that does not align with the particle size distribution pattern of atmospheric dust. It is understandable that there are concerns about the phenomenon of contamination by large particles in clean rooms, as well as the issue of having small particles being acceptable while large particles are not. For a particle counter, particles that are difficult to suspend and those that fall outside the premise of isokinetic sampling are very challenging to measure. As particles increase in size, the factors contributing to gravitational settling significantly increase compared to suspension. The particle counter cannot draw in falling particles by bending their trajectory. Opening the sampling inlet and waiting for falling particles to enter is purely a matter of chance.
