Our company has achieved the mass production of nickel alloy electroformed pin-point gate bushes. In particular, we produce gate bushes with high hardness of HRC63 to HRC65, suitable for resin molding that requires wear resistance, including materials such as glass fibers, as well as the cavities for electroforming manufacturing and processing technology. Additionally, the high-quality electroformed products born from the tense environment of our factory are provided to a wide range of fields, including IT information technology, optical communication, precision machinery, medical applications, and stationery.
