This is a highly reliable control valve model 48000, specifically designed for high-temperature and high-pressure applications that can withstand harsh conditions. It was developed primarily for controlling high-temperature and high-pressure steam, where there are concerns about cage deformation due to frequent thermal cycles and rapid temperature changes. The basic structure adopts a suspended cage design. By using a suspended cage structure, the seat ring is fixed directly to the body in a screw-in type. The "Low Noise Valve V-LOG Trim" combines two conventional low noise structures to achieve significant low noise effects. The stack of the V-Log trim consists of disks cut from sheet material using laser cutting, which are then stacked and brazed together. The "Lo-dB cartridge and Lo-dB plate" are products that apply the principle of multi-stage pressure reduction.
