This is a transport cart suitable for transporting semiconductors, precision parts, and other items that should not be subjected to vibrations. It can carry loads of up to approximately 30 kg and reduces vibrations caused by small irregularities in the road surface. Furthermore, we have also introduced a motor load testing bench within Tōkai Techno, where we conduct tests on our customers' motors. - We conduct load tests on customers' motors. Please use this service if you would like to confirm the testing operation with your actual motor while considering the introduction of a motor load testing device. Additionally, even if you do not plan to introduce a motor load testing device, it is possible to conduct load tests on your motor on a spot basis. *Please inquire about costs as we will need to create a fixture to attach your motor. - Visits to the motor load testing bench are also possible. • Contract measurement

It mainly consists of a measurement section, a test wiring switching section, and a control section, and automatically performs measurement and wiring switching according to the settings on the computer, while saving the data. We also undertake the production of inspection and testing equipment for devices that handle currents of several hundred amperes. We will also manufacture control devices that switch high-current wiring according to the inspection items.

This cart is ideal for transporting items that should not be subjected to vibrations. - It reduces vibrations caused by the fine irregularities of the road surface. It can be used when transporting items on a floor with anti-slip grooves. - The platform and handle can also be made of stainless steel. This is a box that emits deep ultraviolet light inside. - It can be used for experiments to confirm the sterilization effects of deep ultraviolet light. * Boxes can be made in sizes tailored to your needs. - It can be used as a box for sterilizing objects. * The deep ultraviolet light is emitted from above, but it can also be emitted from the sides and back according to your requirements. - The peak wavelength of the deep ultraviolet LED is 280nm. This wavelength is among the shortest in ultraviolet light and is expected to have sterilization effects.

• Stainless steel utensils and containers

The performance evaluation of millimeter-wave antennas, which has been considered difficult in far-field measurements, can now be achieved solely through computational conversion of near-field measurements and far-field data. This eliminates the need for anechoic chambers and ultra-high precision rotators, providing a high-precision and stable measurement environment free from reflective disturbances. Furthermore, this device has been theoretically and experimentally validated after several years of research and development. - There is no influence from the propagation medium. - High-precision measurements of millimeter-wave bands, which have been considered difficult in far-field measurements, are now possible. - Absolute gain, polarization, and two-dimensional patterns can be measured, allowing for antenna diagnostics. - It employs a horizontal scanning method that allows the antenna under test to be installed horizontally. The structure makes it easy to align the antenna under test parallel to the receiving antenna. - Using the included laser displacement meter, it can automatically acquire displacement data of the tilt and unevenness of the surface of the antenna under test. The "Pseudo Cell Voltage Generator" is a device that artificially generates the cell voltage of lithium-ion batteries. The voltage for each channel can be set individually. The voltage setting range for each channel is from 0V to 5V. This product is a backlight that can provide sufficient brightness even when high brightness evaluation is required. It is equipped with a feedback control function to maintain the set brightness almost constant. It uses white LEDs as the light source. Additionally, the brightness adjustment of the LEDs is done using a constant current method. The cell voltage generation device generates insulated voltage for 16 channels with a single unit. By connecting up to 6 units in series, it can generate insulated voltage for 96 channels. The maximum voltage for each channel is 5V, and it is possible to set the voltage for each cell individually. It can be used for the evaluation and inspection of lithium-ion battery cell controller boards.
