In meat processing plants, fat accumulates in the pipes from the factory to the wastewater treatment facility, blocking the pipes, which led to the need to hire external contractors for cleaning. However, this cost was high, and we were considering countermeasures. Therefore, we introduced this device. Since fat no longer accumulates in the pipes, cleaning costs have become zero. Additionally, since very little fat now mixes in, the load on the wastewater treatment equipment has decreased, resulting in cleaner effluent and a significant reduction in BOD.
