Our company provides business creation methods adopted by major European corporations such as Bosch, SAP, and Adidas to the Japanese market. Adoption is also progressing among major domestic companies, including Mitsubishi Corporation and Fujitsu. The key point of our method is to classify successful business models from around the world into 55 categories and use these as inspiration to create new businesses that leverage the strengths of the company. In addition to supporting actual new business creation for client companies, we offer educational programs aimed at enhancing organizational innovation skills. We also support the activities of the Japan Society of Northern California, a non-profit organization in Silicon Valley, and provide updates on the latest trends by utilizing our network with the local community.
