This is an inspection of the coating unevenness on the inside of a metal cylinder. It can be inspected without rotating the metal cylinder and is also compatible with long cylinders.

This is an inspection of the coating unevenness on the inside of a metal cylinder. In this case, the metal cylinder cannot be rotated, and due to its length, conventional inspection methods using standard lenses cannot be employed. We have solved this with our technology.

Development of an automatic appearance and dimensional inspection device for large bolts.

It is possible to perform visual inspection of large bolts and dimensional inspection according to JIS standards. Automatic loading and unloading from the bucket have been achieved.
