We contribute to "automation of inspections" with genuine image inspection technology.
We are engaged in contract manufacturing of automated labor-saving machines. We provide a comprehensive service from image inspection evaluation to machine design, manufacturing, installation, and startup. With our expertise in automation equipment and image processing, we have achieved significant automation and unmanned operations. Many of our accomplishments involve reducing manpower and automating inspections and tasks across a diverse range of industries and applications, including connectors, electrical components, air conditioning panels, steering systems, charger parts, and clips. ■Development of Automatic Visual Inspection Equipment Based on the test work provided by the customer, we will consider the automation of visual inspection and propose inspection methods and automation that meet your needs. Test trials of the work are accepted free of charge. ■Manufacturing of Automatic Labor-Saving Machines We provide a consistent service from consideration to manufacturing of automatic labor-saving machines tailored to the customer's requirements. We will create a one-off device with unique specifications that are not available in general-purpose machines. We offer free support for considerations of automation and preliminary estimates.
