【Vacuum Equipment Business】 ● Helium Leak Testing We offer helium leak testing, which can detect the smallest leaks among various leak tests, in a contract format. We also design the necessary fixtures for testing and can accommodate spot inspections. If the shape and conditions of the inspection target can be confirmed, our experienced personnel, who have accumulated know-how over many years in helium leak testing, will conduct reliable inspections. We have a variety of achievements, including "inspection of welds and fitting parts," "evaluation of the airtightness of prototypes," and "investigation of defective or questionable products," and we also conduct on-site inspections. We accommodate methods such as "vacuum spray method," "vacuum vessel method," "pressurization method," and "immersion method," and we handle many inspection requests from well-known companies. ● Vacuum Equipment We accept repairs and maintenance of vacuum pumps, sales of new and used vacuum equipment (pumps, measuring instruments, piping, etc.), and the production of processed products. 【Electronic Components Business】 ● Design and Manufacturing of Transformers and Coils We undertake the design and manufacturing of power transformers to be mounted on electronic circuit boards. Skilled technicians in Japan design considering the circuit structure around the transformer and manufacture it in our own factory. By creating evaluation circuits equivalent to the customer's conditions, we can perform design, condition setting, and evaluation, allowing us to design the optimal transformer.
