Our company offers a service where we take custody of your parts and conduct leak testing (leak tests, leak checks, and leak examinations) using a helium leak detector. The leak testing using a helium leak detector has the following advantages: - Helium has a smaller molecular diameter than hydrogen, making it suitable as a test gas for leak testing. - It can detect very small leaks with high precision compared to other leak testing methods (it can find leaks that cannot be detected by submerged methods or air leak testers). - It is equipped with a calibrated leak, allowing for quantification of the detected leak amount. - It can identify leak points. - It is a non-destructive test. - Helium is an inert gas that is safe and does not cause chemical reactions with products. Our staff, who have been involved in helium leak detector testing for many years, will provide thorough explanations and careful inspections to our customers. If requested, we will comment on the possible causes based on the manner of the leak and the behavior of the values when a defective product (NG product) is detected. We offer two methods of service: in-house testing and on-site testing.
