This system monitors for forgotten processing or insufficient pressure in foot presses. It detects the impact force (acceleration) of the kick press cylinder using IPD, determining that pressure is acceptable when it exceeds a certain threshold. The head position is also monitored simultaneously, and if the head is at the processing position and the impact force is above the set level, an OK signal is sent to the SCM-024P to manage the hit points. This is a simple press counting dedicated machine with a function to prevent miscounts, developed from technology cultivated in welding counters. The IPD-01A is the standard model with functions for selecting the impact direction (positive, negative, or both) and switching the sensitivity of the impact sensor (two levels: 1x and 2x). The IPD-02A is a high-spec model that features an offset function to display the impact force indicator in a close-up view and allows for stepless adjustment of sensor sensitivity from 0 to 2.5 times.

Introducing the background of the development of the shot count monitor. Due to mistakes made by operators in several hundred lots, a product with insufficient welding points was produced and flowed out to the customer as is. As a result, all delivered products were inspected at the customer's warehouse. Consequently, we were forced to review the inspection process, which increased the inspection man-hours. In response, the welding point monitoring monitor 'SCM-044A' was developed, which can display the number of welding points and production numbers in real-time, allowing for management by each operator. [Development Trigger] ■ Problem Occurrence - A defective product with insufficient welding points was produced due to an error by the welding operator and flowed out to the customer. ■ Problem Response - All delivered products were inspected at the customer's warehouse. ■ Problem Countermeasures - We were forced to review the inspection process, which led to an increase in inspection man-hours (not reaching a fundamental solution to the problem). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The SCM-044A is a monitoring device suitable for addressing insufficient welding points. Due to its easy installation and operation, it allows for minimal burden on the site while managing welding points and production numbers. There is no need for signal wiring with the welding machine, so it can be used immediately with the on-site welding equipment. Additionally, it can manage welding point tracking, product production counts, and can also manage by processing machine and operator, making it an effective device for preventing the outflow of products with insufficient welding points and reducing human errors. 【Features】 ■ Can be used immediately with on-site welding machines (no signal wiring required with the welding machine) ■ Supports operations using multiple welding heads for a single product. ■ Easy installation and operation minimize the burden on the site while enabling management of welding points and production counts. ■ Capable of managing welding point tracking, product production counts, and management by processing machine and operator. ■ Effective in preventing the outflow of products with insufficient welding points and reducing human errors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

This is a device that detects welding current with an original sensor and counts the number of weld spots. Even with existing welding machines, it can detect welding current and count the number of weld spots using an original compact sensor. Even if there are different weld spot components within a single product, it can individually set up to 4 components. Additionally, it can accommodate up to 4 welding operations using multiple processing heads. The LED at the sensor tip can inform the operator about the head performing the processing, which helps prevent processing errors due to mix-ups. It is effective as a countermeasure against defects caused by insufficient weld spots.
