The "5 Whys Analysis" actually has 12 rules, and without practicing based on these, one cannot reach the fundamental cause investigation and improvement measures. In this training, you will learn a unique method that further develops and improves the "5 Whys Analysis." For a given problem, you will identify the reasons (factors) that caused it, and then further indicate the reasons (factors) that led to those causes, repeating the process.
