The Knowledge Lean's "New Harassment Training" is a program centered around three pillars: "gaining correct knowledge," "fearing correctly," and "responding correctly." It goes beyond traditional lectures and case studies to systematically acquire practical business communication and management skills. Are extreme self-regulations like "Is scolding power harassment?" or "Is praising also a no-go?" causing a decrease in workplace dialogue and undermining team strength? This training aims to strengthen leadership that builds better relationships by understanding the necessary "boundaries" for creating a safe and secure workplace while preventing excessive shrinkage. In this training, we will address numerous subtle cases, such as "Even if the person is not uncomfortable, it may appear inappropriate to a third party" and "Even if there is no intention behind the statement, it may be perceived as pressure," guiding participants to accurately read "ambiguous situations" and act correctly. <Examples of main themes covered> ◆Underestimating demands on working mothers ◆What was meant as a compliment, but could it be sexual harassment? ◆Is silent intimidation, such as sighing, talking to oneself, or fidgeting, also harassment? We also have various themes prepared, assuming different situations.

The "5 Whys Analysis" actually has 12 rules, and without practicing based on these, one cannot reach the fundamental cause investigation and improvement measures. In this training, you will learn a unique method that further develops and improves the "5 Whys Analysis." For a given problem, you will identify the reasons (factors) that caused it, and then further indicate the reasons (factors) that led to those causes, repeating the process. Within this framework, we have developed a method to simultaneously derive solutions/improvements through a flow of identifying and eliminating causes using logical thinking and creative thinking. Additionally, to enhance motivation, we have incorporated coaching psychology, allowing for communication during problem-solving, which enables faster results. Expected Effects: ■ Prevention of problem/trouble recurrence ■ Prevention of careless mistakes ■ Improvement of workplace safety ■ Reduction of equipment troubles ■ Reduction of quality defects ■ Enhancement of problem-solving abilities Skills Acquired: ◆ Cause investigation skills ◆ Problem-solving skills ◆ Issue resolution skills ◆ Logical thinking and creative thinking

At Knowledge Lean Co., Ltd., we are dedicated to cultivating personnel who are aware of dangers and can think for themselves. The "New 5S Thinking Method" is defined as an activity that is continuously carried out to maintain an organization's state of accepting new things (transformations) while repeatedly practicing "sorting, cleaning, organizing, maintaining cleanliness, and discipline," which differs from the usual 5S activities. Oh? Did you notice? If you thought, "Isn't the order of 5S activities 'Sorting, Organizing, Cleaning, Maintaining Cleanliness, and Discipline'?" In the "New 5S Thinking Method," which is an activity carried out continuously, the order of organizing and cleaning is switched from the perspective of rewriting the "mental model." In the seminar, we will convey not only measures focused on managing objects and tasks but also content that approaches from the psychological aspect of humans. You may hear topics that are unfamiliar to you, but for those who feel stuck in their current situation, this will lead to an approach from a different angle. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
