"Coining processing" is a method that crushes flat metal sheets, moving and shaping the material. Since a significant load is placed on the mold, the wear and damage rate of the mold is high; however, our company has achieved long mold life through years of experience. • Processing Contract

At Ogata Manufacturing, we perform "deep drawing" that can accommodate sizes from approximately 1mm square (round) to 30mm square (round). When transitioning from prototypes to mass production, we can utilize the information obtained from the prototypes in the mass production molds, allowing us to correct any issues found in the prototype molds and enabling quicker setup of the mass production molds. • Processing Contract

Our company mainly processes electronic components and parts for airtight terminals, but we can generally handle other types of press processing as well. The processing details include punching (for example) products made from 1mm thick × 45mm × 25mm zinc-plated steel sheets with a flatness of 30μm or less. In addition to hoop processing, we specialize in bending, coining, and drawing processes.
