A slitter is a machine that cuts materials such as paper, non-woven fabric, film, adhesive tape, and metal foil, which are rolled up (raw materials), into desired widths using rotating blades while rewinding them, and then finishes them back into rolls. Our company performs paraffin wax (dip coating) processing. We can process base paper weights ranging from approximately 17g/m² to 140g/m², accommodating a wide range from thin to thick materials. However, since the method involves impregnating the paper and applying paraffin wax, the amount of wax applied depends on the quality of the base paper. Additionally, one-sided coating without impregnation is also possible, and the finished product will be in roll form.
