Our company proposes composite processing based on machining centers, lathes, simultaneous 5-axis machining, and welding (TIG/YAG/electron beam). We are confident in our welding technology and perform precision welding of machined components, which are adopted as vacuum vessels. We also manufacture vacuum vessels using welding techniques for aluminum materials, which are considered difficult to weld. We have a wealth of experience in processing equipment parts for the semiconductor industry and metal parts for general industrial products, and we hope our processing technology can be of assistance.
