We would like to introduce the reasons why our company is chosen. While our roots are in NC lathe processing, the essence of our operations is significantly different from the typical image of a machine shop. This includes deformation prediction using CAE, process design with 3D CAD (essential for ultra-thin materials), and formalization in determining chuck pressure. Additionally, we have achieved quality assurance through laser trackers that enable on-machine measurement, aiming to break away from the reliance on intuition and experience typical of general small factories. As a result, we have gained the trust of many customers. [Reasons for Being Chosen] ■ Medium-sized NC lathes ■ Digitalization ■ High added value ■ Production efficiency *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce our cost reduction proposal. There are instances where the traditional supply chain does not function for some reason, or where new partner companies need to be urgently sought due to reasons such as capacity overload. On the other hand, using existing supplier routes often involves multiple intermediaries, resulting in inevitably high costs. In such situations, by directly contacting a specialized company like ours, significant cost reductions are possible. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any requests. 【Effect】 ■ Approximately 25% cost reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company can predict and prevent deformation issues in NC lathes, which require skilled techniques, in 3D. We use CAE static analysis to anticipate deformation, one of the challenging phenomena in machining. We perform NC lathe processing of large, thin-walled round parts with a production system that pursues high efficiency and high quality. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Service Overview (Excerpt)】 ■ CAE static analysis before processing ■ On-machine measurement with a three-dimensional measuring machine ■ VA/VE proposals ■ Reverse engineering ■ Provision of inspection result data *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis is an introduction to a case study where we addressed the issue of liquid leakage from a tank using a laser tracker and a 3D scanner. The investigation into the causes of productivity decline due to liquid leakage from a polymer tank has become an urgent issue, with the leakage occurring from the gap between the agitator shaft and the tank. As a result of our hearings, we determined that measurements should be taken utilizing the strengths of both the laser tracker and the 3D scanner. This led to a unique proposal for problem-solving that leverages our expertise in manufacturing, 3D measurement, handling of 3D data, and on-site measurement. [Case Overview] ■ Issue: Cause of liquid leakage from the tank ■ Industry: Chemical ■ Job Type: Maintenance and Management ■ Proposal: Conduct measurements utilizing the strengths of both the laser tracker and the 3D scanner *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of our company's solution for 3D data conversion of large equipment. We received a request to create a 3D model for the current survey of complex hydraulic piping. The piping extends approximately 10 meters in length and includes areas within a pit. Using a stationary 3D scanner made it difficult to obtain data inside the pit, and there were also challenges regarding accuracy. We addressed these issues with our unique methods and delivered the 3D model data to the customer. 【Case Overview】 ■ Industry: Steel ■ Profession: Design and Construction ■ Challenges - 3D modeling for the current survey of complex hydraulic piping - Difficulty in obtaining data inside the pit with a stationary 3D scanner - Accuracy issues *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of an accident investigation conducted using 3D scanning by our company. In the medical field, we decided to create an experimental device using strain gauges. To detect output with a strain gauge, several hundred microstrain (με) is required. On the other hand, there is a trade-off relationship between the condition of being below the yield stress and the detectable strain output value. By utilizing CAE and other tools, we successfully designed the experimental device. Through collaboration between medical and engineering fields, we were able to contribute, albeit modestly, to reducing the burden on patients and improving their quality of life (QOL). [Case Overview] ■ Industry: Medical ■ Job Type: Development ■ Experimental Content: Design and verification using CAE ■ Keywords: CAE, static analysis, elastic deformation, strain gauge *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce our "Commissioned and On-Site Measurement Services." In addition to bringing in the object, we can bring a laser tracker to your specified location for measurement. We conduct 3D CAD comparisons and surface shape verification evaluations. Moreover, by leveraging the characteristics of being both high-precision and portable, we can respond to various requests that change depending on the site environment and working conditions. 【Frequently Asked Questions Q&A (Partial)】 ■Q. Is on-site measurement possible even if I am far away? ■Q. Is it possible to conduct a preliminary site survey? ■Q. Can you measure any type of object? ■Q. How much workspace is required? ■Q. Are there any restrictions on the measurement environment? *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the process of 3D scanning that we conduct. 3D scanning can digitize various objects, but there are limitations to the applications of the data obtained solely from 3D scanning, and it is not possible to directly create 3D models or 2D drawings. We respond to the diverse needs of our customers at each stage of the process. 【Steps of 3D Scanning (Partial)】 1. Place the object in a desired position. 2. Scanning of large parts is possible using a high-precision handheld 3D scanner (photogrammetry function allows for up to 4m). 3. The only output directly obtained from the 3D scanner is point cloud data (raw data). 4. To utilize the obtained point cloud data, we use accompanying software to convert it into polygons. The available file format is STL, which can be used for 3D printers, CAM, etc. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
