We have not only surface mount technology but also various hand soldering techniques. In addition to hand soldering of post-SMT components, lead wires, and harnesses, we can consistently perform flux cleaning, molding, assembly, and electrical testing. We can accommodate requests for just a portion of the processes as needed by our customers. Hand soldering is done using solder wire, where electronic components are soldered onto the circuit board with a soldering iron. We can handle the smallest component sizes, including 0603 size chips and narrow pitch ICs and connectors. We also support soldering with N2, allowing for higher quality soldering. Our certified technicians, who have passed our company’s examination, achieve precise soldering while observing through a stereo microscope.

If you are having trouble with design changes or mistakenly implemented parts and need to replace components, we can assist you with the removal and installation of electronic components. If you are facing issues such as "we don't have enough manpower for in-house support, we don't have time... or other companies are reluctant to take on the job," please let us help you achieve your deadlines with our certified soldering technicians and flexible production system. Rest assured that we measure the soldering iron tip temperature with a thermometer before work and perform the installation under appropriate temperature conditions. We are also skilled at soldering challenging components such as 0603 size chips and connectors with narrow lead pitches. We achieve precise soldering while observing through a stereo microscope. Sometimes, we skillfully use two soldering irons to replace components like chips and SOPs. For the installation of IC components that cannot be mounted with a soldering iron, we can perform the work under conditions similar to reflow soldering by combining hot air equipment with a bottom preheat device. Additionally, by selecting hot air nozzles tailored to the shape of the target components, we can minimize thermal stress on other components while removing and installing parts.

While I believe there are many cases of substrate mounting using no-clean paste, cleaning has become essential to ensure high reliability. Our company has extensive experience in substrate cleaning for various prototype and mass production assemblies, and we have received great acclaim from many customers. We use IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and environmentally friendly hydrocarbon and glycol-based cleaning solutions to remove flux adhered to the substrate. We propose the optimal cleaning method considering the condition of the mounted components and flux, using techniques such as ultrasonic cleaning, electric brushing cleaning, and manual finishing cleaning, and we are flexible in responding to customer requests. If you are concerned about the cleanliness of the flux and wonder how well it can be cleaned, we also conduct free test cleaning for one unit (up to three units total) using each method. * If it is not RoHS compliant (such as eutectic), only manual finishing cleaning will be available. * Please note that free test cleaning may incur charges for small order quantities, so please consult with us first.

Hybrid ICs are constructed by combining components such as circuits, resistors, and capacitors with one or more integrated circuits. They offer high design flexibility and are suitable for designing high power, high voltage, and high frequency circuits. Our company provides a comprehensive service for hybrid ICs (HIC), covering everything from substrate mounting to automatic lead frame attachment, molding, and silk printing. For molding, we use epoxy paint for electronics, which is applied by machine, resulting in a clean finish. In silk printing, we use a pad transfer method with machines, allowing for high-quality printing even on uneven surfaces that are impossible to achieve with inkjet methods. The appearance inspection machine takes photos of the printed circuit board step by step using an upper camera and automatically determines whether the board is OK or NG based on pre-programmed "thresholds." The main inspection items it evaluates include: - Components - Polarity - Open circuits - Shorts (bridges) Our company's AOI is equipped with a diagonal camera, which makes it easier to detect issues compared to standard AOIs that only have an upper camera, thereby contributing to improved quality.

Hand placement assembly involves manually placing components on a printed circuit board that has been solder printed (compatible with manual printing) without using machinery. It is recommended for cases such as small lot products like prototypes and when components are often in tape cut or loose states.

The automatic mounting machine (chip mounter) sets electronic component reels in a dedicated feeder (feeding device), then uses a nozzle built into the mounter to pick up the components, and can accurately place them at pre-programmed coordinate positions on a printed circuit board that has been coated with cream solder.
