The SLX mask lithography system for semiconductors is based on the same technology as Micronic's mask lithography systems for displays.

Micro-Nikketech Technologies Co., Ltd. announced that it has received orders for two units of the photomask lithography equipment 'Prexision Lite 8 Evo' from existing customers in the Asia region. The order value ranges from 16 to 21 million US dollars, with the first unit scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2025 and the second unit in the third quarter of 2025. This product has been designed to meet the demand for cost-effective manufacturing of photomasks for displays up to the 8th generation mask size.
