Our company, as a manufacturer specializing in aluminum casting, is capable of three casting methods: die casting, low-pressure casting, and gravity casting. We have established a system that allows for consistent production while keeping costs down, from the early stages of product development, including product design, mold design and manufacturing, and preparation of jigs and equipment, to the delivery of finished products. Our greatest strength lies in our ability to handle mold design and manufacturing for the three casting methods we offer, allowing us to provide a one-stop solution until the aluminum cast products are completed. Additionally, we conduct mold maintenance in-house, enabling us to respond immediately to any sudden issues.

Introduction to the "Die Casting Division." In die casting, molds are clamped with powerful hydraulic pressure, and the plunger is activated by a piston rod to inject molten metal into the cavity of the mold (product part), resulting in the final product. All casting processes are electrically interlinked, including product extraction (robotic operation), mold cleaning, application of release agent, and heating. Here is an introduction to the "Low Pressure Casting Division." The mold is inverted and placed over a sealed molten metal (molten metal holding furnace), and the upper surface of the molten metal is pressurized with compressed air. The molten metal rises through the sprue, replacing the air in the cavity, and while solidifying directionally from the part farthest from the sprue until the sprue section solidifies, it applies the effect of pressurized metal, producing sound castings. Introducing the "Gravity Casting Division." The process of pouring molten metal into a metallic mold (die) using only gravity, as opposed to sand molds, is called die casting (gravity casting). Compared to sand casting, it offers better dimensional accuracy, resulting in lower finishing costs and a smoother surface. Additionally, the faster cooling rate leads to finer crystal grain size with fewer pinholes, and it has excellent mechanical properties, making it economically advantageous as well.
