Our company is divided into die casting, low-pressure casting, and gravity casting divisions, where we manufacture a variety of products. In the design and inspection rooms, we work day and night on design and inspection to deliver reliable products to our customers. We accept not only mass production but also the manufacturing of prototypes, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Main Materials】 ■ Die Casting Division: Uses ADC12 ■ Low-Pressure Casting Division: Uses alloys AC4B and AC3A ■ Gravity Casting Division: Uses alloys AC4B, AC2A, and AC2B *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company, as a manufacturer specializing in aluminum casting, is capable of three casting methods: die casting, low-pressure casting, and gravity casting. We have established a system that allows for consistent production while keeping costs down, from the early stages of product development, including product design, mold design and manufacturing, and preparation of jigs and equipment, to the delivery of finished products. Our greatest strength lies in our ability to handle mold design and manufacturing for the three casting methods we offer, allowing us to provide a one-stop solution until the aluminum cast products are completed. Additionally, we conduct mold maintenance in-house, enabling us to respond immediately to any sudden issues.

Free membership registrationIntroduction to the "Die Casting Division." In die casting, molds are clamped with powerful hydraulic pressure, and the plunger is activated by a piston rod to inject molten metal into the cavity of the mold (product part), resulting in the final product. All casting processes are electrically interlinked, including product extraction (robotic operation), mold cleaning, application of release agent, and heating. Our company primarily uses ADC12 as the material. 【Features】 ■ All casting processes are electrically interlinked ■ The die casting machine T800 has a clamping force of 800 tons ■ The larger the clamping force, the larger the castings that can be produced ■ Primarily using ADC12 as the material *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationHere is an introduction to the "Low Pressure Casting Division." The mold is inverted and placed over a sealed molten metal (molten metal holding furnace), and the upper surface of the molten metal is pressurized with compressed air. The molten metal rises through the sprue, replacing the air in the cavity, and while solidifying directionally from the part farthest from the sprue until the sprue section solidifies, it applies the effect of pressurized metal, producing sound castings. Our company uses alloys AC4B and AC3A. 【Features】 ■ Directional solidification from the part farthest from the sprue ■ Applies the effect of pressurized metal until the sprue section solidifies ■ Produces sound castings ■ Uses alloys AC4B and AC3A *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIntroducing the "Gravity Casting Division." The process of pouring molten metal into a metallic mold (die) using only gravity, as opposed to sand molds, is called die casting (gravity casting). Compared to sand casting, it offers better dimensional accuracy, resulting in lower finishing costs and a smoother surface. Additionally, the faster cooling rate leads to finer crystal grain size with fewer pinholes, and it has excellent mechanical properties, making it economically advantageous as well. Our company uses alloys AC2B, AC4B, and AC2A. 【Features】 - Good dimensional accuracy, resulting in lower finishing costs and a smooth surface - Faster cooling rate leads to finer crystal grain size with fewer pinholes - Excellent mechanical properties - Economically advantageous - Alloys used include AC2B, AC4B, and AC2A *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe aluminum die-cast camping peg "Alupeg" was born from a playful spirit to create our first in-house product, leveraging over 80 years of accumulated know-how based on long experience and research. We believe that "Alupeg" can reduce the burden of carrying heavy pegs during camping, thereby increasing the time you can enjoy your camping experience. "Alupeg" is a lightweight aluminum die-cast camping peg that maintains the functionality of traditional pegs while achieving weight reduction. Features: 1. Made from lightweight aluminum, convenient for carrying (one-third the weight of iron). 2. Achieves a unique complex shape that is only possible with aluminum die-casting. 3. Designed with a wide surface area to enhance ground anchoring strength. For details on the development process, please refer to the activity report at the following URL: https://www.makuake.com/project/alupeg/ It is available for general sale on Amazon. Thank you for your support.
