We have updated our product catalog for the "DTi" series to the latest version. One of the major challenges in aluminum casting is the short lifespan of casting tools due to melting loss. In response, we have developed the titanium "DTi" series of melting tools, which excel in resistance to aluminum melt corrosion, achieving both long lifespan and lightweight design. **Effects of DTi** - Dramatic improvement in service life: DTi has a track record of over one year of use without melting loss with no maintenance required. Slag removal can last up to three years! (Field tests conducted by monitoring manufacturers) - Excellent detachment of oxide films and slag; they fall off easily with a light tap! - Being made of titanium, they are over 40-50% lighter than those made of steel!
