Contributing to Japan's "Monozukuri" Since our establishment, we have been contributing to Japan's "Monozukuri" in the Shin-Fuji area. For many years, we have been engaged in contract work primarily for automotive parts manufacturers. In a situation where many companies are rapidly expanding overseas, the number of skilled workers (artisans) in Japan has significantly decreased. This is largely influenced by changes in Japan's industrial structure and the recent declining birthrate and aging population. If this continues, the domestic industry in Japan will increasingly decline. In this environment, our company is committed to contributing to Japan's "Monozukuri" by nurturing new talent to pass on the skills we have cultivated, and we operate under the slogan of continuing this effort.
