Our company conducts a consistent process in-house, from blank processing using turret punches and laser cutting machines, to bending with brake presses, and finally to welding assembly. Our strength lies in the integrated processing steps of pressing, molds, and sheet metal, such as extracting blanks with turret punches and lasers and then forming them with presses. Furthermore, we have achieved a seamless manufacturing system through the development of multi-skilled workers and the sharing of CAM data between machines. Our company uses CAD/CAM systems and CAE simulation systems to design molds necessary for press processing and to develop products. We create NC data for machining from mold production drawings and process them using machining centers and wire-cut electric discharge machines. With a mold design department and a mold manufacturing department, we work together to provide a consistent process from design to pre-manufacturing. Our company performs processing such as punching, bending, and drawing using molds. Soft forging with a servo press is also possible. Please feel free to consult us about reducing welding through drawing processes and improving assembly efficiency. Additionally, we can partially handle processes that cannot be addressed by turret punches, lasers, or brakes using presses. This is effective in cases where there is a limited budget for molds, small lot sizes, frequent product changes, or short product lifespans.
