Our company manufactures a wide range of products related to foam resin molds. In the past, when we thought of expanded polystyrene, it was primarily associated with packaging materials. However, demand for functional components has grown, and we have been supplying our molds to various fields, including the automotive industry, construction, civil engineering, food, and logistics. Additionally, in response to changes in the times, we have focused on renewable energy since the past. In 2016, we successfully developed a small hydropower water turbine in collaboration with Shinshu University and our group company, Suzaka Hydropower. In 2018, we delivered the first and second units of the 100kW type. Receiving positive feedback, we have recently succeeded in modularizing micro hydropower generation, pursuing "more accessible renewable energy."
