The Kranwood CK type is a low-foam plastic product made using extrusion molding technology. It features a structure where a lightweight foam core is encased in a high-density, hard outer layer, making it lightweight, robust, smooth, and highly dimensionally accurate, resulting in homogeneous long products. Kranwood offers products suitable for two different applications.

- It has rich flexibility, allowing for compression with minimal force. - It fits smoothly into uneven surfaces due to its ability to respond flexibly. - EPDM types are resistant to acids and alkalis and have weather resistance. - There are variations of acrylic rubber types that have low sulfur and do not emit siloxane, as well as excellent oil resistance and heat resistance.

This is a cross-linked, continuous bubble polyethylene foam. It has excellent processability, including adhesive processing, Thomson die-cutting, and cutting, making it a very easy-to-handle material.

■It is a very lightweight and rigid product made of foamed polypropylene. ■It has excellent cushioning properties and is made of a material that is resistant to oil and chemicals, making it ideal for automotive components and cushioning materials for transportation, and it is manufactured and used worldwide. ■As it is a non-crosslinked product, it is recyclable and does not produce harmful substances when incinerated. Additionally, because it is foamed, it contributes to resource conservation. ■By creating molds, it is possible to design shapes freely. ■It also excels in secondary processing, allowing for shape formation even in small lots through secondary processing.

This is a green mat for tabletop work. It has cushioning properties and protects the table from tools and workpieces during use. Since it does not use any of the ten substances restricted by the RoHS directive, there is no concern about contamination of the product during work.

This is a material that has been used for a long time in advertising and design. It can be directly printed on or written on, and it excels in being adhered to posters, photographic paper, and films for display. Additionally, a wide range of sizes, types, and specifications are available to suit various purposes. The thickness can be selected from a wide range, including 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, and 25mm, and we also offer large sheets with a maximum size of 1200mm in width and 2400mm in length.

This is a cross-linked foamed polypropylene board (sheet) with a sustainable antistatic function (currently not referred to as a permanent antistatic function). Since it is made of environmentally friendly polypropylene, it can be used safely without generating harmful substances even during combustion. The foamed structure of the board makes it soft, which significantly reduces the risk of injury compared to the cut surfaces of plastic cardboard made from the same material. Additionally, because the foamed state consists of independent bubbles, there is no risk of water intrusion inside. Typical antistatic materials use surfactants, but the board has a sustainable antistatic (permanent antistatic) function, ensuring that its antistatic properties are not compromised even under conditions of repeated washing or strong friction. The board is made of polypropylene, which gives it a high heat resistance compared to other general-purpose plastic materials. Furthermore, it has thermal conductivity performance equivalent to that of common insulation materials, making it less prone to condensation.

This is a PVC foam sheet that can maintain airtightness and watertightness with minimal compression. Utilizing the properties of soft PVC, it can be easily handled as an airtight seal that adapts to various situations. When compared to EPDM foam rubber (semi-continuous bubbles) for sealing applications, it has excellent airtightness. As shown in the diagram below, Norseal (V750 series) exhibits superior sealing performance over EPDM foam rubber (semi-continuous bubbles) with minimal compression and in width.

"Acoustisell" is a sound-absorbing melamine foam that can adapt to changes in situations such as cutting, sticking, and removing. By combining it with aluminum-based porous sound-absorbing materials (POAL) and membrane vibration sound-absorbing materials, it exhibits superior sound-absorbing characteristics compared to when used alone. The "SV Proof" is a soundproofing and vibration-damping mat that can suppress airborne sound transmission, reduce transmitted sound from the sound source, and mitigate solid-borne sound generated from vibrations. The "SV Proof Super" is a soundproofing and vibration-damping mat that can simultaneously suppress three elements: sound absorption, sound insulation, and vibration control due to noise. By using a sound insulation and vibration control sheet to prevent vibrations generated from the sound source from propagating as solid transmission sound, it achieves a reduction in derived sounds from vibrations of machinery and equipment. "MTS" is a soundproof sheet made from butyl rubber, which excels in chemical stability, sound insulation, and vibration absorption. Starting with the low-odor type "MTS-20," which can be used in indoor environments, the lineup includes "MTS-14," which has excellent sound insulation performance with a high specific gravity (2.3), and "MTS-05," which has flame retardancy equivalent to HB (UL94 standard). Additionally, it is excellent for bending processing and has an adhesive finish. This is a plastic mesh (net) belt conveyor that is easy to install (pin seam method). It is a belt conveyor woven with polyester fibers. Unlike conventional resin, rubber, or stainless steel belt conveyors, it features a pin seam joint, allowing for installation simply by aligning the belt, inserting the pin, and twisting it. A significant characteristic is that it does not require specialized installation contractors. It can be easily installed by on-site workers, significantly reducing work time. Additionally, since it does not require installation contractors, the production line can be stopped at convenient times for the site, thereby improving productivity. The plastic mesh (net) belt offers various variations created by weaving polyester fibers in diverse ways, including plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, double weave, and double spiral weave. As shown in the table below, the types of weaving derived from plastic wire differ in density, breathability, static electricity prevention, and heat resistance, allowing for various applications tailored to different uses.

This is a fiber-reinforced sheet that can be used in a wide range of temperature environments, in conditions where vinyl chloride sheets cannot be used, such as high and low temperatures. It is available in two types: canvas and tarpaulin, and it also excels in chemical resistance and release properties. Additionally, it is a product that has obtained fire retardant certification.

◇ Because it is an extruded shape, it can produce items of the same shape in a cord-like form. ◇ Both natural rubber and synthetic rubber (various types) can be produced. ◇ Non-halogen flame-retardant EPDM rubber sponge can also be produced. It is a board made of coarse, porous foam plastic. By installing it in the ground without clogging, it can improve surface water drainage. It also has high sound absorption performance and is used as the core material for soundproof panels.

The "Heat-resistant stainless steel wire mesh cushioning material (non-combustible)" is made by knitting fine metal wires in a jersey pattern and then processed through compression molding or corrugation.
