However, due to concerns that fibers may "stick to the skin and cause itching" when processed, there is currently hesitation in processing these materials. • Processing Contract

Our company performs extrusion lamination processing of a wide variety of resins. We also coat with PE (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene), but we process various other resins such as EVA, EMAA, EMMA, EAA, and PET depending on their applications and processing. Features include materials that have a soft texture not achievable with PE or PP, resins that adhere well to substrates even when heated at low temperatures, and resins that are ideal for anti-slip applications. We can select various resins considering their applications and processability in subsequent steps. • Processing Contract

Our company specializes in processing thicknesses ranging from 50μ to 1,500μ, with an average processing thickness of around 100μ being conducted regularly. In the world commonly referred to as extrusion lamination processing, coatings with a thickness of up to 50μ are mainstream; however, at Apollo Kasei, the focus is on thicker laminates of 50μ and above. (We also perform general processing at 20μ.) The amount of resin applied is determined by the speed relative to a constant discharge amount, so for 20μ, processing is done at a speed of about 110m per minute, while for around 400μ, the speed is reduced to 7m to 8m per minute. We accept standard processing for thin paper tubes, short lengths, and folded fabrics. Laminating is also possible for small lots, such as paper tubes under 3 inches and short items generally around 50m to 100m. During meetings, we will meet in person to confirm the base material and select the resin.
