"CROXY" is an angular bearing that has enhanced axial rigidity by approximately three times compared to conventional deep groove ball bearings (manufactured by our company). It features high-performance grease that requires no maintenance, sealed with shields on both sides, and allows for the selection of anti-fretting grease (EA7) and cleaning grease (LG2). "CROXPORT" is a support unit for miniature ball screw supports with a shaft diameter of 3 to 8 mm. It achieves a 60% weight reduction compared to standard market products (compared to MSU-6C), enabling downsizing and lightweighting of equipment, as well as improved responsiveness. By incorporating NSK Micro Precision's miniature thrust angular ball bearings "CROXIE," which are strictly managed for preload, it realizes excellent axial rigidity. In June 2020, the Food Sanitation Act was amended, and a positive list system was introduced for synthetic resins that come into direct contact with food. This system involves creating a list of substances for which safety has been confirmed, and, in principle, prohibits the use of any substances not on the list. A transitional measure is in place until May 31, 2025, during which some oil-less products need to be switched over.
