At Sustainable Solutions, we propose a hybrid coating removal technology that combines laser cleaning equipment with high-frequency heating devices for paint stripping. This method rapidly heats the surface of steel materials using IH heating, selectively heating only the adhesive layer of the paint film, which allows for the easy removal of most of the paint film. Afterward, any remaining small amounts of paint film or rust on the surface are cleaned using lasers. This significantly reduces dust and noise issues associated with abrasive blasting and greatly minimizes the generation of secondary waste such as media. **Main Application Areas** These include the removal of paint from steel structures that have been treated for corrosion protection (such as metal spraying and painting), stripping and removal of linings and coatings inside various tanks, and the stripping and removal of FRP.

SAFTRAX's industrial anti-slip coating is composed of several materials that have been rigorously tested to be the best anti-slip coating available on the market. The SAFTRAX anti-slip coating provides a safe and slip-resistant environment while serving as a corrosion-resistant film that protects metal substrates from corrosion, wear, and abrasion. This film can be relatively easily applied to the target object, and its lifespan is estimated to be about 10 years according to research from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL). SAFTRAX is a highly durable and economical solution.

The "Hybrid Coating Removal Technology" is an environmentally friendly coating removal solution realized by combining coating peeling technology using high-frequency induction heating and laser cleaning technology. It removes coatings from the surfaces of steel structures without relying on abrasive blasting or stripping agents. This significantly reduces the generation of secondary waste such as used abrasives. Additionally, compared to abrasive blasting, it reduces dust and noise generation and can simultaneously remove salts and oils. The collection, handling, and storage of the removed paint film pieces are easy.
